Food Quality
Pros:
"The food was some of the tastiest dim sum I've ever had the pleasure to eat, I would easily call the food eaten here, one of the highlights of my trip."
"We had the prawn & chives dumplings, deep fried garlic prawn spring rolls, spicy duck tongue, chicken fried noodles, sweet and sour chicken and hot and sour soup. It was all delicious, not super salty and every dish had its own unique flavors."
"The food here is amazing (I recommend the Three meat roast)."
"The duck and roast squid were amazing and decent portion size."

"The food was absolutely fantastic and the duck was to die for - I've never had anything like it."
"Their Dim sum is amazing."
Cons:
"Food quality has dropped. We've been going there for years but won't be coming back again. Dim Sum didn't taste fresh, some came still cold inside."
"I was quite disappointed, the noodles soup didn’t have any flavor and the beef had a weird texture."
"Likely not our favourite spot. Dim sum is better than mains but even that wasn't as good when we visited."
"The roasted meats were below par, lots of pink in the chicken & the pork belly too fatty & not roasted enough."
"The roasted duck tastes not like authentic one."
"I saw a worm in my food moving, immediately called the manager and complained, never again, really disgusting, lost my appetite my mood everything 🤢🤮."
"The food was bland and boring."
Service

"Servie was efficient if not over friendly and as the food is freshly cooked it took a while to arrive."
"Staff were very attentive, funny and were lovely to my 2 year old son, entertaining him and giving him little treats to eat."
"The staff communicated with you rather than dumping food on the table and vanishing till a plate was empty for collection."
Cons:
"They sat us in what appeared to be the staff break area, only other table in that room had staff members eating lunch at different times throughout our meal which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere."
"Staff were rude and abrupt and dumped food on her plate."
"Service slow, staff don't understand English and walk around as if they are dead."
"Worst service ever. I ordered two dishes for me and my wife. Mine came first and the other one never made it before I finished my own one."
"Very expensive for average food & extremely poor customer service."
"Service even worse."
"Don't come here, if you are black people."
