  • "The staff working was absolutely lovely. I saw her badge and saw her name was Janeth? But she showed and explained how to play golf!"
  • "The staff seemed friendly enough."
  • "All staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the fact I didn’t need any cash! Makes life so much easier."

Cons:

  • "The staff were nice and helpful when available, however, service was slow."
  • "You need an electronic card which you can buy at these machines and out money on, but when you go to buy one it doesn’t say how many points you get!"
  • "Certain staff upstairs were quite rude when it came to the go karting."
  • "staff look bored and won't help, normally in a group talking to each other."
  • "Management were rude, staff complaining about high work load."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "Great value for money, £20 for bowling, golf and karting."
  • "Good value for money with packages available, will definitely be back!"
  • "The bowling was fun and decently priced."
  • "Overall the entertainment on offer is good and nicely laid out place with good space and maintained well."
  • "Great new venue! Lots to do, and could spend hours here. Reasonably priced on a Thursday evening."
  • "Excellent place for a party, great for 12 year olds, but don't get caught out with the height restriction on the karts."
  • "The concept of level x is great. It’s quite reasonably priced and there’s so many different things to do in there."
  • "Nice experience, went Saturday morning it wasn't too busy. Kids enjoyed themselves. It wasn't as expensive as I imagined."

Cons:

  • "The arcade section is hit and miss - there are a lot of arcade games however they require ‘credits’ to play, these credits are kept on a card. (The cheapest card you can buy is one with £10 worth of credits - so not great if you didn’t plan on spending that much)."
  • "All taste great however the prices are very steep, would be cheaper and more worth it to just wait and get food/drink after visiting."
  • "Arcades are overpriced and there is no reward system so you are probably best avoiding them all together."
  • "don't even get me started on the price of food and drink! £2.95 for a bottle of water!"
  • "The arcade is over priced. £10 gets you 52 tokens and most things start from 14.5 upwards."
  • "The arcade prices are extortionate, way more than other arcade with the same machines."
  • "it's always far too loud in here and it's stupidly expensive. 2 cocktails for nearly £18 you're having a laugh 😭."
  • "4 stars as drinks are too expensive, on top of cost for rides and arcades."

Entertainment and Activities

Pros:

  • "The go karting is by far the most enjoyable thing to do here, very fun and great with friends."
  • "The bowling is brilliant, no faults with that."
  • "Excellent place. Pool, arcade games, go karting."
  • "Absolutely awesome place. Karting. Bumper cars. Arcades. Bowling. Golf. Darts. Vr madness."
  • "We all had a great time bowling, crazy golf and go karting and can't recommend enough."
  • "Battle karts is incredible, so much fun."
  • "Took the kids for a few hours. Very close to Captain Cook car park. A decent array of amusement type arcades which were fun."
  • "The range of arcades were great to try and the atmosphere was lovely."

Cons:

  • "The arcade section is hit and miss - there are a lot of arcade games however they require ‘credits’ to play."
  • "Came here today place looks great and new but that's as good as it gets! so confusing, have to buy a card and put credit on it to use machine half of them don't work properly."
  • "The arcade games are all on a stupid card system that you have to buy and add credit to. the whole thing is a waste of money and time, I wish they'd bring something actually cool to middlesbrough."
  • "Go Karts we’re down for maintenance which was disappointing. Not many actual arcade machines. Avoid Jumanji - much worse than it looks."
  • "Shocking customer service, I came 2 months ago with both my boys, got the ultimate package which consisted of bowling, golf, ve, go karts, pool and darts. Now 2 months later charging same price but no pool or darts."
  • "If anyone is wanting to go on Go Karts, highly recommend TeamSports in Stockton. Better service and worth the money."
  • "Karting could do with being a bit clearer when they're explaining things as no-one could hear what they were saying."
  • "Crazy golf is really good. Better than the one in the Dundas Shopping Mall, but the thing that counts your score automatically isn't very accurate."
