• "Firstly we were told we had to order online, yet when we tried it did not work, after repeatedly trying and failing we asked a member of staff to take our order only to find out they did not have half of what we wanted and were out of chicken."
• "The only issue was the payment software... We paid at the end and then it came up with another amount left to pay. Apparently, you need to refresh the page... Not good user experience on that, should just be handled automatically by the software."
