• "I do not feel this company are respectful of their customers' time especially when I have had to take unpaid time off and they didn't bother to tell me there would be a wait."

• "Also, prices are not clear, I checked on their website for costs and a new patient check-up is £74. Got to the appointment and they added multiple expenses costing double the amount."
