  • "The seats were super comfy and or was a small theatre so there wasn't really a bad seat, even in the front row."
  • "Instead of seats there are small couches with tables for drinks."
  • "Comfy seats with a step in front to put feet up on."
  • "Small screen rooms with comfy 2 seater sofas and single seater velvet chairs, loads of leg room."
  • "The sofas you sit in whilst watching a film are so comfortable."

Cons:

  • "The sofas have a lot of marks on them, but they did feel clean."
  • "The sofas 'eat' you and are very snug."
  • "Bog standard seats which were just doubled in to sofas. Absolutely rubbish and so uncomfortable."
  • "The seats are more expensive than the Dominion's and not comfortable."
  • "Unfortunately orders were mixed up which was quickly resolved so all okay aside from the slight awkwardness. Sofas felt quite cramped."
  • "Seats were not actually that comfortable."
  • "Disappointingly we weren’t allowed to buy a drink at the bar so were pointed towards a holding area."
  • "The seating was not very comfortable."

Staff and Service

  • "The service was very good and attentive."
  • "Staff very welcoming and professional, felt almost like a black tie event!"
  • "Service, food, cleanliness were all 5 stars."

Cons:

  • "What a joke the venue was not busy I ordered a burger this then sat on the pass for a good 10 minutes."
  • "Very poorly organised cinema. No signs, so there was this lady walking around shouting at us where to go."
  • "Service was terrible on saturday, ordered 2 pizzas she said she could not deliver into the cinema and would be 15 min, so I thought I would wait...40 min later to be told sorry."
  • "The service was a little slow, but not terrible, my partner has some intolerances and was provided the allergies book to look through."
  • "Waited nearly half an hour for drinks and even longer for a burger. Loads of staff wandering around looking confused. Chased up the food order three times."
  • "The bar service was slow and there was no apology forthcoming for our wait."
  • "Terrible customer service for overpriced tickets. We were told to take a seat and someone would take our order (no one did)."
  • "Waited ages to order cocktails which we had to pay for in advance."

Food and Drinks

Pros:

  • "I have tried their Baileys chocolate and Baileys salted caramel milkshakes. They were absolutely amazing."

Cons:

  • "Food vastly overpriced for portion size and what it is."
  • "Food arrives in really impractical serveware considering the shared arm-rest tables are tiny."
  • "The menu is quite extensive and reasonably priced for a cinema, but I think the food and drink menu could be improved, especially for vegetarians."
  • "Food was okay, can't complain."
  • "Burger was dry, tasteless and warm when it arrived. Squid was chewy to the point of being inedible."
  • "The food was overpriced and not great."
  • "However, avoid the 'home-made' popcorn if you don't want an unexpected dental bill (a box full of un-popped kernels!)."
  • "Biscoff milkshake was probably the worst milkshake I've ever tasted. It was very watery and lacked flavor."

Price and Value

Pros:

  • "I’ve been to several Everyman cinemas & this one, whilst still expensive was the cheapest & best one I’ve visited."

  • "£5.60 for some fries for a very tiny portion."
  • "Paid £120+ to take my kids to see the Barbie movie. The food was overpriced and not great."
