Pros:

• "I had a really bad experience at my child's party on 30th September. When we arrived at the room it was still dirty from the last party and littered with food etc."
• "The queue outside was huge due to a signing in system that is far too slow, how long should it take to scan 2 QR codes and let you go on your way."
• "Went in and stood at party area for 5 mins and nobody came despite staff looking across. Stood in main queue for 10 mins to book a kids party to be told I needed to go to party area as couldn't do it at main counters and they would get someone."
• "Absolutely no guidance on what is happening. One door is open for people going in and out making it pretty chaotic and in the end we didn't get in being told they were at capacity yet others were being let in after us."

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• "I couldn't fault it, clean, safe, with friendly helpful attentive staff & a whole lot of fun."

Cons:

• "Flip Out Glasgow has so much potential but the venue is so dirty and desperately requires a deep clean."
• "The compound is in a very run-down state. Lots of potholes in the carpark. Very dirty."
• "It used to be okay but I’m guessing they’ve been sued for accidents multiple times now it’s very unpleasant experience, staff everywhere - standing about watching as you play, they create an uncomfortable environment."
