• "The self-catering facilities are very poor - rooms are badly planned and food preparation virtually impossible."

• "The swimming pool temperatures are very inconsistent."
• "What really annoyed us was the fact that the leisure facilities were undergoing refurbishment which is the only reason we chose this hotel and they didn't tell us until we had made a booking that could not be refunded."

• "The meal was poor. The lamb was unseasoned, the gravy was tasteless. The fish didn't seem at all fresh and the chips seemed to be cooked from frozen - very disappointing."
