Play Areas
Pros:
"THE best indoor play we’ve been to within the area. It’s huge with so so much to explore."
"The little play shops, vets, mechanic, etc are great for little kids too."
"Fantastic place, the Christmas play area was fantastic."
"The soft play is the best we've been too, the outdoor activities are great and our daughter loved the animals."
"The park is amazing, and the sand pit has loads of cool little bits for the kids to play with."
"Indoor play is large and will definitely be enjoyed by kids of all ages while parents chill and have a drink."
"The soft play was obviously a huge investment as it's vast, a few animals to see and stroke, huge jumping inflatables that the children loved and some added playground bits and pieces."
Cons:
"Complete disappointment, so much so that we arrived at 11.20, took 10 mins to show tickets and we left at 1pm."
"However, this year wasn't great. Parking was horrendous and took us nearly 25 minutes to park."
"Seems like all the attention and focus is on the pumpkin side, as the play side seems completely abandoned!"
"Baby play area full of older kids made it unusable no staff regulating it."
"The only issue I found was that the indoor soft play has an open exit at the top so children can wander off if they aren't being watched."
"Unless you’re wanting a soft play/outdoor play area for older children it’s pointless going."
"Unfortunately the 'farm' part was extremely disappointing compared to other farm attraction we have been to."
Staff and Service
Pros:
"All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and happy."
"All the staff we spoke to were really nice and very helpful."
"Fantastic staff, great facilities and we had the pleasure of meeting one of the family owners Farmer Richard who was SO lovely."
"Staff were very helpful and smiling."
"The staff are amazing, they always went above and beyond to make our stay as fun and memorable as possible."
"The young staff are knowledgeable and a credit to the farm."
"The staff were friendly and told us about some of the animals we saw."
Cons:
"The food is overpriced and was not cooked and the member of staff I asked a question reg cooking it was unhelpful."
"Staff uneducated when giving talks about the animal."
"All staff were just talking amongst themselves with no regard for the paying customer."
"It's a shame that even the staff seemed deflated by the amount of complaining from customers."
"Many of the staff members were so enthusiastic however a couple were completely disinterested."
"Greeted by ‘Have you booked!?’ Where did the manners go, ‘hello’ ‘good morning’ have you booked?"
"However the staff weren't exactly helpful or very nice, we'd ordered food and whilst talking to the lady serving she just walked off."
Value for Money
Pros:
"Fantastic value for money. My 3.5 year old had the absolute best time here."
"A little on the pricey side but we had a wonderful time there!"
"Amazing place and value for money."
"Whilst it may seem quite expensive, Play @ Lower Drayton is really good value for money!"
"Really reasonably priced and the lemon drizzle cake was to die for!!"
"It may seem that £17 per child is expensive but there is so much to do its worth it!"
"Love this place its the second time we have been and there is loads to do to keep the kids occupied and is really good value."
Cons:
"Good for the kids but shocking admission prices for adults and elderly."
"I don’t understand how you can justify charging £20 for an adult."
"Nothing is cheap but I guess adult tickets are too expensive."
"Overall ridiculous far too expensive for what it is save your money folks."
"Came to this the other day, was left feeling a bit robbed by the cost of this place."
"THEY WANTED £68 TO GO IN! Crazy money, don't waste your fuel going there."
"This is quite possibly the most expensive farm trip out you'll ever come across, and the price doesn't reflect the facilities/activities at all."
