• "All Invisalign providers offer a free first appointment with the orthodontist to evaluate and give an estimate. These apparently do, but an assistant receives you and tells you that if you want to see the specialist you must pay. Misleading advertising."

HERE REALLY BUSY PLACE IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TRY OTHER ORTHODONTIST!!! That's answer absoultly ridiculuos! i just want to say; any staff shouldt say try other place or go to diffrent place..."

• "Not the results I was hoping for, I wanted my teeth more straight all round but they are not. My teeth on the side and front are still out of line, and there are now some gaps which weren't there before."
• "Teeth are not cleaned or whitened post treatment as they say I have to go back to my dentist - the dentist would usually refer patients to the orthodontic gallery and so the dentist would clean and whiten teeth at an additional fee post treatment, this is also very disappointing as I was not referred and I have paid a lot for the braces treatment and now I have to pay an additional fee to have my teeth cleaned and whitened!!! Overall super disappointed with my results and no post treatment care - wish I knew all this before."
