• "The mall fine. But the bus station must have the worst information boards & direction signs anywhere."
• "Pain in the neck trying to find the loo's need some on all floors some shops are a bit precious about non customers using their facilities."

• "It’s off putting to see staff smoking just outside the mall and the outdoor stairs are unclean and smelly."
• "My only criticism is the lack of seating, as a disabled person I find the seating limited and distances between them a pain."
• "The toilets are restricted you cannot find them on every floor you have to go to a specific level to use a toilet."
• "So many empty shop units and when I need to change my young baby I had to go outside in a carpark and use a smelly & cold porta-loo with a drop down table."
