Pros:

• "Laura Jane my consultant was so kind and made me feel so special!"

Cons:

• "Amber kept putting on the biggest tiaras and veils which I said on a number of occasions I didnt want these but she instead insisted they looked nice."
• "The person helping did not tell me her name, I wasn't allowed to touch the dresses, she didn't suggest things for my shape or size."

Dress Selection and Quality

• "The store was fairly quiet when I went in and they came round to have a look at the dresses and their excitement made the experience all the more better."
• "Found my dress on the third one and it was lovely to have all the paired accessories to see the full outfit come together!"
• "Every dress I tried on was apparently the last one in the whole of the country and was a very special dress so you had to buy there and then."

• "We had looked on the website and found dresses we wanted to try on but when we got there they didn't have them in a size that would fit."
• "They don't usually get things back in stock. Its pot luck if they have a dress in your size or at all and they can't order other sizes."

Store Atmosphere

Pros:

• "The shop itself is lovely and the staff were above and beyond what I expected in terms of service."
• "The changing rooms are lovely and spacious too and although there were a few other brides trying things on, it didn’t feel busy or crowded."
• "The shop floor was spacious, tidy, organised and beautifully presented as a bridal store should be."

Cons:

• "The wait was a little long which is expected because of covid and everyone needing to get their dresses, but they took my details and rang me as soon as they were free."
• "We had to wait an hour inbetween trying on. We did anticipate a small wait but no-one really communicated to us that it might be that long."
