Menu and Ordering Process

Pros:

• "He pointed above behind him that saying that’s the entire menu. (So I believe that they don’t do menu selection in a paper/ leaflet form)."

• "The grilled wings were juicy but I feel the wings had a different taste from your traditional Buffalo sauce, other than that I liked it!"
• "Food is pretty good, I had Mighty Memphis Burger meal (Beef patty, Grilled chicken and turkey rasher) and my Mate had Dynamite trio Chicken (Grilled 1/4 Chicken and 3 grilled wings) Piri Piri flavour with mexican rice and fries and or their prices it’s 100% worth it."

• "The food was mediocre warm. I was very upset, nor the burger or fries were hot. The food was pretty average but nothing special."

• "I went back to the counter to inform the staff of my student card, and the cashier simply replied 'I had placed the transaction, and now it's too late.'"

Atmosphere and Cleanliness

• "Toilets should be looked at by staff regularly to make sure everything necessary is available, as for example in the men's toilet there was no toilet paper but at the women's toilet seat was missing."
