• "I have to say I was extremely disappointed on our visit this time to the pudding pantry. Usually there is a queue and we have to wait but the staff always welcome you and say what the wait time is etc. This time however we walked in with no queue and empty tables so we thought great. Unfortunately, no member of staff greeted us this time and every member of staff saw us but did nothing."
