• "We were visiting Shrewsbury overnight and saw the cafe. We got up the next morning to go and have a coffee there and was really excited, we had 8 cats ourselves until losing 6 in the past 4 years. Arrived there at 10.15am after their opening time at 10am. Door open and adverising board outside. We walked in and were told ' this is our quiet time, we can't let you in until 11am' 🤦 Change your opening time to 11am then 🤷. As we were at the other side of town, we didn't have time to wait around, very disappointed we didn't get the experience everyone reviewing about positively."

• "Would not go here with kids - just after arriving one of the cats scratched right down my toddlers face - these things may just happen but the staff's reaction was very uncaring and just 'oh hes just a grumpy cat'. They then didnt bother to warn other customers whos children were approaching that cat. Why have the cat in there if he is going to snap so much? Not a good environment for him or kids."

Price and Value

Pros:

• "We paid £12 per for an hour of 2 drinks each. Normal coffee is £3 everywhere so works out £6 for 2 coffees and another £6 for the cats welfare and staff service for an hour."

• "When you walk in they say it's £6 entry with all drinks included, sounds good until they say you can only stay for 30 minutes; how many drinks do they expect you to drink in half an hour? Essentially it's £6 for one cup of tea, I'll go elsewhere thanks."
