Customer Service

Pros:

• "Injad sorted us out with a giftcard for a Karak, place uses only cash, did not have my wallet and Injad basically said its alright in the most brotherly way possible."
• "Firstly we were greeted by Abdullah with upmost friendliness. He made us feel very comfortable and accompanied us to our seat."

The way they set it out had a really warm and calm atmosphere, on the tables were fake flowers and evening lights, speaking of tables: there were pillows on every seat to make the visit more comfy! Food-wise: the chicken was unique in a good way with a bit of spicy-crunchiness and the sauce added the perfect amount of flavour to what you dipped it in."

• "Food wasn’t too bad but not worth the price, service was terrible, guy taking the order was very slow also had an attitude, food was served very late and only the burgers were served, had to ask for the rest of the order and he didn’t like it that I asked our rest of the order, drinks were served even later plus they missed 1 drink which we had to ask for 3 times. Tables were very dirty, had to ask to be cleaned but even after cleaning it was still not clean, very sticky and greasy."

The menu itself is misleading, we ordered cookie dough and it was TINY, the karak chai was more like karak milk with sugar, I'm surprised I haven't left the the place with type 2 diabetes. The milkshake was OK."
