My daughter was sick and I phoned 111 and they booked appointment with Gp at 11am and they said if you still want to get emergency appointment you can call your gp and I rang Gp at 8am for getting appointment and receptionist said she can’t book appointment because 111 has booked already."

• "I had the delightful opportunity to take part in a work experience placement at Hayes Medical Centre; it was truly an honour and I was able to learn so much from this placement."
• "I took my dad there and I had to wait outside they treated me well reception area is very comforting and calming they even offered me tea coffee and its been 3 appointments with them still there's no delaying in my appointment."

• "I had to also use the toilet to do a urine test. There was no toilet tissue or hand towels and the state of the toilet was disgusting."
