Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Receptionist Robyn was very helpful, very professional very polite and very caring."
  • "Had a cracking time at Jump In yesterday for my daughter's birthday. Really friendly staff (shout out to Jon) and nothing too much trouble."
  • "Erild at the main desk was kind, considerate, and had a great smile!"
  • "Great staff! I was running late and was going to miss 30 minutes of the session so I called to see if I can change the time slot initially booked- the lady was very helpful."

Cons:

  • "Disrespectful staff we only have 1hour and they made us wait for 15mins the system was taking long, there locker was not working I waste 10mins with the locker."
  • "This place is getting worse and worse each visit. Managers I’m talking to you here. STOP IT!"
  • "Very disappointed with this place. Made a 'Relaxed' session booking which is geared towards specifically to children with SEN needs and supposed disabilities. The session was nothing of the sort."
  • "For the price hike the place has definitely not improved as much and I won't be paying these prices and returning."

Facilities and Cleanliness

Pros:

  • "The kids and I absolutely love this trampoline park. There are a few that are closer to us but I’ll always drive the extra miles to come to Enfield."
  • "Clean, affordable, nice variety of activities. Love bringing my little ones to the Sunday morning toddler takeover."
  • "We went there for a birthday party. The place is really good. Kids did wall climbing first and then trampoline."
  • "Great place to play for children - we were there for the first time and we will definitely come back πŸ‘Œ - very nice service, nice atmosphere and quite clean for such a crowded place ☺️"

Cons:

  • "Cleanliness is an issue. It's like walking outdoors. Some inconsiderate parents are walking with their shoes on in the jumping area."
  • "The worst soft play I have ever been to. First being told by supervisor there was no space. Terrible leaving with my son in tears."
  • "Very disappointed with the soft play area for under 3. One small dark area only with not much to do in it."
  • "One of the dirtiest soft play areas I've ever been to. Management is nowhere to be seen, and cafeteria is an absolute war zone."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "There are positives such as value for money and loads of activities to choose from."
  • "Had an absolutely amazing time!! 11/10 😁"
  • "Visited many times on a weekend and it's always good but so noisy and busy. This was our first visit after school and it was fantastic and will do it again."
  • "Great place for children and adults, a lot of fun and jumping. Place is clean and friendly staff which is ready to be helpful and explain any misunderstanding."

Cons:

  • "I paid Β£55 for two children and one toddler to spend 1.5 hrs on a trampoline, this is definitely triple an average day out in Central London."
  • "Phone line was awful. Called to try and book the 4pm slot - Β£15 to let a child use the trampolines for an hour. 20/25 minutes later I'm still on hold."
  • "The soft play for my 8 month old cost us Β£11 yet the section for her to go in had nothing in there."
  • "Very long wait at the coffee shop and inexperienced staff working there. Couldn’t make a coffee to save their lives."
