Atmosphere and Cleanliness

Pros:

• "Had a brilliant time here for my Grandson's 2nd birthday treat. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff."

• "Its also a dirty place. Staff dont really clean up. There's food all over the carpet and other areas."

• "The price is little higher than we’re used too for soft play, but to be honest the presentation, staff and cafe make it worthwhile."

Facilities and Activities

Pros:

• "It's a decent size softplay with a large climbing frame for older children and a smaller area for under 2."

• "All the toddlers have is a ball pit, slide and a good all area and that’s it: no sensory room so am unclear why it is so expensive."
• "Party room quite bare and sparse in terms of decorations. Just a few chairs a banner. We had to ask for the party music to be turned on. Felt drab and basic."
• "The area designated for the toddlers is tiny, which is annoying because it's more expensive than head over heels despite head over heels having more for toddlers to do."
