  • "The staff at Hesa are so incredibly attentive and helpful, in particular the manager Mohamed Nadeem who is very understanding and always willing to help in any which way he can."

  • "Never had any issue. I get appointments quickly and many times even same day appointments."

  • "When I call... and I'm number 1 in the que... don't ever hang up on a patient... especially not one that's been left on hold for THIRTY MINUTES."
  • "i've been on hold for about 1h30 and when you finally at number 1 at the que it's disconnected."
  • "On hold for 49 minutes.. at the end I was told i can get an appointment after 4 weeks!"

  • "They had no temperature probe to test my temperature and equipment to test my oxygen levels. Very disorganised!!"
  • "Even though the waiting queue is very long but its understandable due to present pandemic situation."
  • "No practice Manager, No medical receptionist."
  • "No manager or a higher authority person to talk to, no one to complain or raise you grievance only reception staff that do not know anything and care less."
  • "The new phone line system means if you can’t join the queue, you have to hang up and redial."
