• "The customer service was appalling."

Setting & Atmosphere

Pros:

• "A fitting use of a disused tube station with immersive results."

• "Many other escape room venues, while great, are rarely set in such historical locations."

• "The location is amazing (the urban legend takes place in this closed train station)."

Cons:

Puzzles & Challenges

Pros:

• "Gorgeous props and good codes, sometimes we didn't read instructions well enough, so there's definitely a lot of fine print to read, but we all enjoyed it and made it out in time!"

• "There didn't seem to be much logic to solving the puzzles, a lot of button smashing rather than solving anything."
