Pros:

• "These guys have no idea what they're doing. Went to get my rear brake cable replaced. One of the worker quoted me £12 was told should be done within 30mins."

• "After replacing a chain they didn't snap the chain lock, so it went off on the first turn and I hit a van with my head."
