Facilities and Entertainment

Pros:

• "Escape rooms are amazing. Well done team."
• "Good place to play pool or go to the arcade in Nottingham. Decent prices on food and drinks."
• "They had some good arcade games; we played air hockey and pool and also a few rounds of bowling."
• "The venue has recently been renovated and it looks great."
• "The arcade has a big range of games to play, many of them where you can collect tickets, and then you can get prizes off the tickets at the bar."
• "The place is large and spacious inside and has many different games, the most important and largest of which are bowling, billiards, and snooker."
• "They also have an arcade area, escape rooms, laser tag and karaoke rooms!!"

Cons:

• "£60 for 2 adults and 1 child for 3 games. You get nothing with that FYI, just bowling."
• "The pool tables were really old, tattered, not worth playing."
• "Some of the lanes weren’t as clean as they could be."
• "The bowls was fun, but the pins were the 'on-a-string' type, and knocking over 1 or 2 pins, could sometimes knock over all of them due to the strings catching, NOT the pins or ball doing it - not very accurate!"

• "Pins on strings so pins dont fall like free standing pins."

• "It was horrendous. I think an email should of been sent out to anyone with a booking so they could decide whether or not they still wished to come, or on arrival told what the situation was!"

• "When ordering food, the kitchen staff can't be bothered and have a bad attitude after a curtain time of night."

• "The deck and all the carpeted areas were very clean, and there was no stickiness or marks from dropped food/spilt drinks etc."
