Cost and Value

Pros:

  • "Their wellness plan is brilliant value for money."
  • "The best vets in the Midlands! My cat cut her shoulder open, I took her to yourvets and was quoted over £1000! Ridiculous! I thought I'd try White Cross on a recommendation from a family member. I was seen immediately, and the veterinary nurse was so honest and said she just needed a few staples and some painkillers. No anaesthetic or antibiotics needed. And just £114!"
  • "Better value and have longer opening hours than my previous vets."
  • "Monthly care plan is highly recommended, as there is so much included that would cost you a lot more at usual prices."

Cons:

  • "This vet is very expensive."
  • "Cost over £200 just to put a bit of bandage round her leg twice."
  • "Instead of issuing a prescription for a cheap drug that be bought online, they keep advising me to spend insane amounts of money on adaptil products they sell in house."
  • "One star off as we were not made aware of the £55 consultation fee on top of the already expensive implant."
  • "Money makers, first of all, my cats needed to give a booster, they push me to do again the same first cat circle I did last year, so I had to pay more money instead of just give a booster because they said the vaccinations weren't powerful."
