  • "They now have a separate waiting room for cats and small animals away from dogs too which is much better."

  • "Parking can be an issue, however those travelling by bus will be happy, as the 37 stop is only a few footsteps away."

  • "Only problem is there is quite a small car park so sometimes a problem at busy times."
  • "Car park is a bit tricky as it fairly small but can't be helped with the covid restrictions."
  • "I had to chase numerous times to get antibiotics to then be prescribed the wrong amount - 3 visits in total before I had the right number of tablets!"
