• "We had to wait 4 weeks to see if the lines disappeared they didn't finally someone came to redo they wouldn't fit the stairs as they wasn't sure if they was allowed and couldn't get hold of Sarah they refitted both landings leaving a extra lump of underlay so big lump in the carpet didn't supply the door bars I paid for."

• "I had to ring to find out the dates available, it was arranged that they would come during half term holiday on the Tuesday, the screeders came and after 3 hours bearing in mind we were paying for 2.5 days labour! were gone!"
