  • "Rip off. Poor service. We bought our house in June 2018. The previous owners paid Switched On £6590 to completely re wire and fit all new LED lighting in the whole house. They also received a 10 year guarantee for their work and a manufacturers guarantee for the fittings. This work was done in May 2017 so not long enough ago to refuse to come back and fix the bathroom lights that no longer work!"

They charged us £254 for a call out to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue except tell us tell they needed to completely drain down our hot water tank to fix a valve. They said it would take half a day and require 2 men! And that it would cost a further £1500!!!"
