Pros:

• "Visited the store to return a faulty iron which was within warranty. I was very impressed with the two members of staff at your Northampton Riverside store who ultimately helped me."
• "There was someone serving who was amazing her name was Tamina. She not only had a good attitude but was knowledgable and helpful."

• "OK where to start with what was wrong with this store... they became rude saying if I'm not happy go to another store and it's not their problem in an abrupt tone."
