"I rang the store to ask to book a makeover within the beauty department. I was told they don't take bookings and to just turn up. I turned up to a beauty counter & asked a member of staff if I could have a tutorial, who reacted dismissively as I hadn't made an appointment."

"The store is spacious and sells a lot of nice furnishings and equipment. We went to the cafe and ordered some drinks which arrived 15 minutes before our cakes! Customers who arrived at the cafe after us were being served before us."
