• "The first time I came to the salon was great and thought the team was amazing. However the next couple of times, no matter who I booked, they always changed to someone else."
• "I passed by their salon “twice”, the first time I showed Sebastian a photo of hair color and asked: 1. If they can do it for me and 2. How much would it cost. He said that it can be done and those are highlights for 240£. I did not bargain the price or anything, I only said ok. I will pass by another time to take an appointment. I passed by after 3 days did a patch test and showed Sebastian the photo “again”. I asked him to make an appointment and again asked for the price and he again said 240£. I paid 40£ deposit, he booked me 5 hour slot as my hair is long and we agreed on the color and price. I came today for my appointment, the minute i sat down on the chair, I showed Sebastian for a third time the photo and suddenly he was like i need to recolor the hair from the roots and I did not reply as i thought yeah sure, you’re the expert, but then he told me this will be different price and i was super surprised asked how much more and he said 40£ more. I asked him why? He started to say that my hair has a different color and for me to get the desired color i have to pay more. This is when i told him that i did not like his approach and that i came twice asked about the procedure and the price, why is he changing on the appointment day. It felt very deceiving for me and as if he just wants to suck money out of me which i did not appreciate. I dont care about the 40£ at all, i cared about the approach and the deceiving way. If we had an agreement, you should honor the agreement especially that i did not bargain about the price of 240£ when it was given to me. I spoke to him very calmly and respectfully only standing up for myself. He decided he didnt want to make my hair anymore claiming that he didn’t like the way i spoke to him although i only confronted him for his bad deceiving approach but was not at alllllll disrespectful. I only said: “ i passed by you twice why are you changing the price now”."
