Atmosphere & Vibe

Pros:

  • "This place has amazing vibes, super pretty and trendy, and kinda tucked away from built up areas so it feels special."

  • "Perfect escapism is the word that comes to mind."
  • "Great atmosphere with a sunny garden area to sit in."

Cons:

  • "The coffee is OK and they play rubbish euro music loudly throughout the entire place including the garden which in my opinion makes the place a lot less cool and classy than it could be… But the food is ok."
  • "Outdoor seating is nice but VERY loud music."
  • "Decent food but poor customer service! Arrived here at the start of the day when we were the only ones inside - the music was on very loudly and our baby was sleeping so we asked if they would mind turning down the music whilst we were the only customers inside."

Food & Drink

Pros:

  • "Only £3.50 for a glass of red as well, c'est Bon."

  • "The Cuban inspired food was just amazing! We had the chicken burrito."
  • "What a great find, although I am not a vegan, I joined my daughter to eat the vegan tacos and they were absolutely superb."

Cons:

  • "Lovely place, but incredibly expensive to eat... I'm not sure how they can justify £7 for blueberry pancakes, or £8.50 for what is a very simple cooked breakfast."
  • "The food ordered was rather poor and not tasty. The coffee unfortunately was very bad."
  • "The coffee is OK and they play rubbish euro music loudly throughout the entire place including the garden which in my opinion makes the place a lot less cool and classy than it could be… But the food is ok."

Pros:

  • "Left two bikes in with Nigel for a last minute service and he had them sorted out within 3 days- excellent service with all the extras covered."
  • "Lovely venue and amazing pre-concert food, drinks and outside space. Super friendly staff, far better value than limited choice inside the London Stadium."
  • "Service with a sincere smile, I’ll be back for lunch and for one of the enormous Cuban sandwiches that were eyeing me up as much as I was them."

  • "Friendly staff, but since the new management the coffee is what I’d expect from Costa."
  • "We were treated rather rudely by our server who seemed to be impatient to get our order & accused us of confusing him."
  • "Appalling customer experience. The kitchen appeared to be empty so I asked if it was closed today. ‘Yes’ came the terse reply with no apology or explanation."
