"Very disappointed, very few staff, long queues to pay."
"Waited 2hrs in the freezing cold for a click and collect order to come out and had to cancel the order as my child was crying in the car, massively understaffed, unorganised and extremely poor communication."
"Very poor customer service the back door for deliveries and collections never been manned you have to wait for long or call the customer service for to get attention 🙃"
"Awful staff, generally rude and unhelpful, very few tills open and they go out of their way to force you on to self service checkouts."
"Omg, the staff are so rude. I used to live 15 minutes walk away but now live in Devon and come back to visit my Mum. Every trip visit the shop at least twice, this visit 4 times due to getting things for an occasion. At first thought interaction with rude staff member was bad luck, now me and my wife joke about it."

"Lots of parking, friendly staff and good food sold, unfortunately the fresh bread and rolls are always over cooked and dry out by the next day and the selection of goods are not that great (either that or I'm just unlucky that everything i want to get isn't available)."

Cons:
"Having been a loyal customer for over 25 years I will never shop in any Sainsbury's again. Received a an expensive fine for staying too long by a couple of minutes."
"Same old same old at this dump! Extortionate car parking, Extortionate prices."
"Much more expensive than Tesco No free parking Need to shop for £10 for free parking."
"Shop ok but they employ euro car parks who don’t have signage by the covered walkway so depending on how you approach the shop you may not be aware you need to pay and display."
"Car parking system is crazy. Not helpful for people with children as you have to pay and display."
"This Sainsbury’s store offers a truly terrible customer experience. At any given time, there are acres of empty shelves - it’s baffling why Sainsbury’s, alone among the large supermarkets, has this problem."
"Gouging for £2 parking during a cost-of-living crisis, should be ashamed. I wouldn't mind if it was clean and had stock on the shelves, sadly its filthy, everything is often broken."
"Shop is ok but not stocked very well. Didn't even have their own brand Taste The Difference products. Needed to go to Locks Bottom branch for what I wanted."
