• "Well situated: six minutes walk from station, parking on site, add fronting on to High Street."
• "The high street is just outside and all pedestrianised so really safe to take the kids too."
• "Bus routes stop just outside and the train station is only an 8 minute walk away."
• "Is in centre of Solihull so easily accessible for people whether using cars, public transport or on foot."

• "Parking prices are... a little on the high side, clean and secure though with direct access the the centre."
• "Parking is rather expensive (compared to London!) £3 and I was there 20mins to grab a coffee."
• "Parking is always busy on these times too and may require searching around for parking spaces."

• "Parking isn't cheap, only stayed for around 2 hours but would be pricey of spending the day there."

Shopping Experience

• "Always seems to be busy if not too busy as the queues for Costa, Greggs, etc are insane sometimes."
