  • "Tried to book an appointment to get gears adjusted on a new bike it would take 10 mins if that.. to be told that I would have to leave my bike in store, the appointment wasn't for another week that is no good if you need to use the bike on a daily basis, why can't you just bring it on the day and set time of appointment."
  • "Bought wheel rims from Kidderminster Halfords, paid to have them fitted, then was told that they couldn't fit them because they would have to take the bolts off the wheel and they are not allowed to do that."
