Customer Service

Pros:

  • "It’s been a while since I had been in this Halfords store. My visit was to purchase a helmet for my son who had just completed his bike-ability at school. There was plenty to choose from and he went for the “skater” style one due to the comfort of the strap."
  • "As always, the staff are courteous and helpful at this Rayleigh store. I have always had excellent service and my recent visit was no exception."
  • "Visited in the evening when it was quiet but felt safe as store is very spacious and they had an 'in' and 'out' system set up."

Pros:

  • "Booked in my van to have speakers replaced - 2 hours slot. They never called me to let me know it was done, I tried calling but their call centre couldn't get hold of the store."

  • "I visited for the first time to pick up a Click and Collect order. As I entered the store, a member of staff approached me to ask if he could help and directed me to the right place."

  • "Unfortunately the guy on the till asked me if I wanted my receipt by email I said no, he then said if I give them my email I would get a voucher worth £10 to spend in store... I feel like I was mislead."

  • "Complete rip off booked online for a free air-conditioning health check arrived at the store and we were told that they did a full heath check and it was all ok but just needed to be regassed as stated on the receipt paid £50 to have it gassed and the following day it stopped working."
  • "Third poor experience at this centre in 2 years (Probably should learn and not suffer again). Ordered and paid for item for 1 hour collection, called 17mins prior to collection to be told item was not in stock and that computer system is not accurate."
