Booking Process

Pros:

• "Very easy to book, great communication beforehand."
• "Booking was quick. Everything ran to time and the host was great."
• "Easy to book online. We had 2 games for £10 each."

Cons:

• "Booking was impossible to do online, and no one answers the phone, so I had to park and pay to make a booking a few days before."
• "Explicitly told to arrive 20 minutes early, which we did. Then told to 'just wait around' until our bowling time."
• "Booked 3 weeks in advance, when we arrived they put us on the exact same lane as another group at the same time."

Staff and Service

Pros:

• "The staff were very helpful during the games, especially as our party were quite young."
• "Phil, and his team, were brilliant in ensuring we had such a great time."
• "The staff are friendly and when we mentioned the bad language of older players of laserquest, they immediately said they would add curbing that language to their introduction."

Cons:

• "The server came and said 'the food takes as long as it takes, we can’t serve it undercooked'. No need for the slight attitude."
• "We didn’t get to finish our game ( were only half way through! ) and we were kicked off."
• "The staff working on party VERY rude … went to counter to sort out to hear one of the members of staff tell another 'they are more important'."

Facilities and Equipment

Pros:

• "Great variety of arcade machines and prizes to claim."
• "14 Lanes are pins on strings! I have visited so many bowling alleys before and it seems like it’s the way forward."
• "First time bowling here, was really great to see all lanes were easy to access and use in my wheelchair."

Cons:

• "The spot is decent. Food was very average."
• "There weren't many light balls so the younger kids found it hard to play."
• "Took my niece bowling today and she had the best time. Won on many of the machines without having to spend a fortune and she’s obsessed with her new puppy with carrier toy she cashed in for tickets we collected. Atmosphere was very casual and chilled and was easy to find someone when needed; quick reaction when one of our prizes was left dangling on the crane!"

Value for Money

Pros:

• "We thought it was good value for money."
• "Great venue, decent value all-round (bowling and drinks) and immaculate service."
• "9 of us went for the Big Night Option with 2 games of bowling and a burger meal. Good value at £18 each."

Cons:

• "Food and drinks prices were also ridiculously high given the quality of the food."
• "When the bowling used to be at the big apple, parents would really be looked after and offered hot beverages. This is no longer included.. so we then spent another £12 on coffees."
• "The games should be longer and at least have 16 shots for every game."
