Communication

Pros:

  • "All her communication has been prompt, clear, and concise, she’s been instrumental in helping us get set up in our new place."
  • "She always kept us in the loop throughout the search for new tenants and swiftly found suitable tenants for us without any hassle."
  • "Communication was outstanding; she kept me informed at every step of the process, promptly answering any queries I had."
  • "She's been very helpful throughout the letting process and she's always replied in a timely manner to all of our doubts."
  • "She kept me informed throughout the process and was always responsive to my emails and calls."
  • "She always replies to my emails and proactively calls me for viewing opportunities."
  • "She was quick to respond to emails and calling us back."

Cons:

  • "Few weeks later again they said the tenants are not moving out so that's it bye."
  • "But the subsequent year when they do nothing other than change your name and resend out the contract they hit WITH THE EXACT SAME ADMIN FEE's."
  • "The landlord phoned them 7 times on the day of the move and still didn't receive what he needed so I could move in."
  • "I then asked them to contact the landlord so I could gain early access. They told me he was not answering his phone."
  • "Avoid if you can... They also require a tenants insurance (Which has to be done with their partnered company that is most likely a secondary business of theirs)... You had to put a 2 weeks deposit down to secure the flat. Only after that you had access to their documents. These stated you had to pay extra fees if you don't agree with deductions of your deposit."
  • "Keep away from these clowns. they have no professionalism or idea what they are doing."
  • "Avoid if you can. They advertised a really nice flat that we viewed... After sending them the application document, they rang us saying: 'the landlord prefers 0 deposit option'... They managed to bully us into all these things with the same phrase every time 'the landlord prefers this options and other viewers were ok with these so you might lose if you don't'... And then they started deducting the tenants insurance from my account."

Professionalism

Pros:

  • "We had an excellent time dealing with Ebrahim, who was charming, well-informed and helpful throughout."
  • "She’s very professional and did reply my emails all the time in few minutes."
  • "Not only with her swift response and professionalism but with her empathy and kindness."
  • "Moreover, her attention to detail and thoroughness in handling all the paperwork and legal aspects of the rental agreement showcased their expertise and professionalism."
  • "Professional, expert, experienced advice."
  • "Her communication and professionalism were top class from the very beginning."
  • "Ebrahim Al Mufti, he was a great help and went over and above for us."

Cons:

  • "I am extremely disappointed at the level of professionalism and service."
  • "The back office system could be improved as it gave me a different point of contact with every prospective tenant."
  • "And it didn't recognise a foreign tenant's substantial deposit as it was £6 short - leading to avoidable issues at check-in."

Cons:

  • "Avoid if you can... After sending them the application document, they rang us saying: 'the landlord prefers 0 deposit option'... As I said the flat was perfect. We signed all the documents and a few weeks later they changed our move in date. Few weeks later again they said the tenants are not moving out so that's it bye."
