• "However when food was ordered out a party of 8 people my order did not get passed to the kitchen."
• "Didn't get to bowl, we arrived at 6, was told could only bowl at 7:20."

• "And food is overpriced and not good quality."
• "The burgers are disgusting, served barely warm, cheap quality meat."

• "Booked two games only finished one due to 4 or 5 breakdowns that took forever to fix."
• "Long queue at bar because not enough staff on."
• "The Internet went down twice, which stopped the game being played, it took over half hour to fix, then went down again for another 10 mins."
• "Booked a family Christmas party here and honestly for the price it was dreadful!"
• "It's pot luck here with faulty lanes, ours were good today, but on days when you get a bad one you can sit around for ages to get it fixed."

Entertainment and Activities

Pros:

• "Great fun for everyone, the bumpers allow young kids to have a crack at a strike."
• "Brilliant day out... The staff tried their hardest to help and serve everyone... they were literally run off their feet."
• "Gets the job done, I like the separations between lanes due to covid, makes me feel comfortable."

• "It was awfull balls not being returned, and barriers were not working properly."
• "If there was one small gripe I have it would be with regards to the arcade/game machines which on more occasions than I could count would swallow money that was inserted and not give you the game."
• "The facilities are OK for kids but the lanes are poor, the mechanism misses pins on pick up and drop."
• "The food is terrible, all Iceland cheap brand frozen garbage."
• "The alley we was on kept freezing, picking pins up and dropping them, re racking with 8 pins. Had to wait forever for anyone to come over each time to fix an issue when it froze."

• "Enjoyment wise it was ok, it had a lot to keep you entertained such as an arcade for when we had finished bowling."
