Pros:

Animal Welfare

• "Temperature required for the survival of these creatures are being maintained as seen in the session for the penguins."
• "Impressed by the penguin sanctuary. They have room to dive and swim and you are able to see them from close up."
• "The staff were extremely passionate and displayed their love for the animals when someone had their flash on in a dark viewing room and they politely asked them to disable it."

• "The penguins, they looked really sad and bored. Tiny cage for them."

• "Most fish were swimming in circles or bumping into the glass, and the penguins seemed to have very little in their enclosure."
• "The penguin enclosure is doing more harm than good. Would not visit again, why are they kept with zero natural light?!"

• "It's completely in the basement and you can definitely tell - low ceilings, dark lighting, cramped hallways - it never opens up."
• "Just be mindful there aren’t any toilets or baby changing facilities near the exit or a ramp for pushchairs so be prepared to carry the pram down the steps."
