"Clean & nice seating areas to relax during a drive. Very very busy so wait for food is a long time. KFC had over 30 people in the queue & a man I spoke to had been waiting over 15 minutes in the queue so we decided not to have food from there."
"Tried both burger King ( they had no drinks they could sell us, they did have drinks for take away customers but we couldn't have those ????? ) So went to kentucky only two of the electronic menus were working , gave up and drove another 15 mins to a maccies, which had food , drinks, and a good attitude to serving their customers."

"Brand new but no provision for motorhomes - no service point (waste water and CDP) and no bays 5x8m. Why are we overlooked? Electric points for e-cars but none for touring motorhomes who would stopover all year round if prices were reasonable and services were provided."
"The M&S is pretty good, the rest of the outlets are average and expensive which is the norm for these places. The road layout is not very good. Access and exit is via J1 M6 which is controlled by traffic lights."
"Ok service station, clean and good range of food options. Excellent for charging electric vehicles, only one of the charging stations was broken. One issue was that it reserves a small amount on your card and then stops when that is used up, doesn't allow you to adjust this."

Products are the usual ‘UK motorway’ expensive but its facilities are consistently above average. It has an enormous BP fuel station with its own Greggs concession saving a long walk to the main facility."

"If you want to take a brand new service station out for a spin go no further that here. Coming down the M6 and heading for the delights of the A14 stop here. Coming off the A14 from Felixstowe heading North stop here, its brill, new clean tidy play area, new outdoor seating fantastic."
"If you have a fear of rats don’t come here at night! I’ve seen 4 in 5 minutes in the car park - gross- never seen it like this at any other services and I use them all a lot. Place is riddled with them."
"It's a nice parking space, it has just been opened a few weeks ago. The only thing I don't like it's that the back stopper is very closed to the face and you need to be very careful when you reverse your trailer on that patch you could easy damaged the fence."
"My stop halfway through England en route to Holyhead perfect spot to catch a break and relax a bit while on the road. Especially with the dog. There's a dog walking area with grass. Several food points and just a big parking lot load. Restroom area is nice very big and maintained well"
