Staff and Service Quality

• "Said my 6 month old baby was too old to be on the ward but later seen the 2 asian women pregnant on the ward with 2 year olds in prams."
• "Waiting room right opposite reception and birth centre have got most discomfortable chairs for expecting women to wait on."
• "They had no rooms available when I arrived, I waited around 3/4 hours for an available room."
• "Not even a hook to hang your clothes."

• "The toilet for my four bedded bay was so dirty, the floor was covered in soiled and bloody tissue most of the two days I spent there."

• "They don't give you any pain relief during labour, only gas and is not helping, it made me throw up and gave me headache."
