"Our experience started back in May 2021, we went in to our local store of Wrens in Lincoln, had a look around for ideas etc, we were then approached to ask if we wanted to book a design and measure service for that week, all went well, we then went back to meet our allocated designer Ben and to discuss what we were after and to hear what he could add to save us space…once we were happy and the deposit was paid, we had a delivery and installation date with in a few days….we delayed the fitting due to our designer wanting us to use a specific fitter for a month… Once our order was delivered on a Friday our fitter was due to start on the following Monday and by the Friday it was all fitted and correct..slight delay on the cooker hood but that has now arrived and awaiting the fitter to fit it..we had no issues at all from start to finish and would happily recommend Wrens especially the Lincoln Branch.."
"Very disappointed with wren kitchens. we brought a kitchen 4 years ago, back in lincoln, got a full break down before we put a deposit down what we were paying for each product. So wren was on top of our kitchen supplier for our second home. Went in yesterday spent 2/3 hours designing a kitchen we wanted, got a price of 14k plus, we were happy, was told they will email it across, we only got 3D images of the kitchen with no floor plan or a break down of what we were paying for, but when I asked for a break down, I was told we never gave out floor plans or a break down of products, WELL I DID 4 YEARS AGO. I was told I needed to pay a deposit before I will get a break down and a floor plan, which I was very disappointed, SO WREN EXPECT US TO Part WITH OUR MONEY WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR. REALLY WOW"
"Not a good experience, had to pay for materials for wren kitchen fitter to finish job which Wren wouldn't provide for. Poor kitchen planning which I had to remove radiator, a. Smaller radiator to accommodate the unit which was an extra cost, if I was asked if I'd have Wren to fit my kitchen, I'd say no"
