Customer Service

Pros:

• "Don't frequent often. Can't fault who takes your order, polite and always double checks your order."

• "We ordered fries but got beans, ordered a sundae but got fruit. Went back to talk to them nicely to try to correct the order and they rudely told me they had no idea what I was talking about."

Food Quality

Pros:

• "Visited here on a match day, must have been 100+ people waiting for food, but somehow the staff churned through the orders quickly. The food was really good, huge piece of chicken, loads of fries."

Hygiene and Cleanliness

• "Got to hand it to these guys. As you'd expect before a big game the place was heaving so a few minutes wait was inevitable but orders were being processed in timely manner and the place was clean too."
