  • "Great service and very caring towards my friends pet during and of life they tried everything possible and treated her with dignity and respect and gave us time with her to consider options and then to grieve no rushing us out."
  • "The people of the pdsa do not get enough credit for what they do, without these wonderful kind people doing an amazing job helping our pets out to the best of their abilities and helping us owners out in time of need we would be in a big mess."

  • "If you are able to use this service I think that you should have a better way to actually speak to a real person rather than just filling in the form, waiting for them to reply within 5 working days."

  • "Got asked to make a donation as soon has i got to the desk then got asked again very loudly after consultation in the waiting area."
  • "Also kind of cheeky asking you to pay your contribution at the beginning then asking afterwards to pay separately for the medication."
  • "Not helpful at all as they don't do vaccinations at the moment so how do people like me afford to get my dog vaccinated."
