  • "New QR code for ordering is ridiculous. Expect you to order yourself, pay for the food and give a tip before you even talk to a waitress."
  • "Everything was done through app, no cash just card and paid for upfront, so once you finished your beer back on app to order every time and at £5 per half imo it was a bad experience."
