Lodges & Tents

Pros:

• "The tent is very stylish, well equipped and felt like pure luxury (the beds were so comfy)!"
• "The lodges are very well maintained, clean with beautiful views onto countryside."
• "The lodges are exceptionally well fitted and I can't believe how well maintained (they were like new)."
• "The tents are truly luxurious and include a gas log burner, underfloor heating, bosch oven, comfortable sofas, dining area, fridge freezer and fully fitted bathroom including fab double shower with rainmaker!"

• "The high end fixtures and fittings are too complicated."

Facilities & Amenities

Pros:

Cons:

• "The retail area was disappointing as not many units were open, not sure if that's due to visiting on a Sunday and before the main season starts."
• "They advertised for live music (which didn't show up, and the manager said the DJ would arrive early at 4 which also never happened)."

• "Unfortunately we had some rather nosy neighbours in the lodge opposite to us who’s teenage son seemed to have a bit of a staring problem while we used the hot tub."
• "I couldn't get a phone signal on parts of the park (3 mobile) neither could i get a Internet signal, but you can buy wifi that has just been upgraded and a great connection."
• "The toilet block was only small for the amount of vans but adequate, however 3 showers meant a wait at busy times same for the ladies."
• "No spooky woodland walk, no outside catering, no pumpkin comp, and to top it off they are closing the treetop bar."
• "The only negative we found was that there appeared to be ONLY ONE charging station for motorhomes, maybe something to be addressed in the future."
• "The washing up facilities are under cover but need a door on windy days."
• "Would not stay on spring meadow as it has to be the worst location on the complex."
