  • "The battery failed and needed replacement. This was done under warranty but incorrect battery was fitted. Car would not start after 6 months and AA called and assessed problem and correct battery fitted by Nissan after AA assessment. However, Nissan did not do anything until information gathered from AA was presented.. I had to do this research and email the service department the information as Nissan staff had no interest in attempting to look into the matter themselves. Sorry, but you asked me why no 5 stars."
