Pros:

• "Treat my can for his infected paw however the veterinary assistant didn't close the cat carrier correctly and my cat jumped out of down Beverly road ran off."

Cons:

• "The staff are brilliant unfortunately the place is very dated and small."
• "The building could really do with a G4S security or some security of sorts. There's no-one there to protect your animal from larger dogs."
• "The way people are left outside with their sick pets is a disgrace, there's no shelter from the elements."
• "Only issue is that the charity is abused so badly by those who can afford to go to a normal vet."
• "Massive line coming out the door and into the carpark, I understand we have to wait but my dog doesn't and can't wait for that long."

• "Charged £133 out of hours to be told it's normal when they could have just said this over the phone."
