"If you are travelling by car it can be a real pig of a journey. I was travelling by road from the Kent coast, mid week. It took 4 hours due to the time of day with the usual M25 difficulties and hitting rush hour as we were arrived near Harrow which was grid locked."
"The venue itself was slightly tired. Sat in stalls (B3, row 7). Would not recommend sitting in this section as the seats are not tiered, so your view may be blocked by a taller person in front."
"Chaotic security and queue system. There are not many stewards/ushers within the building to help crowd management."
"I attended the Joe Hisaishi concert tonight and was honestly blown away by how lovely the staff were at OVO. However, the queue in front of the Arena looked long but we got in faster than expected. It was well organised."

"There is food and drink available before the show and at the intermission, reasonably priced."

"The food was about £4 an ice cream, £9 a hotdog. Toilets were ok. The actual venue isn't the best acoustically. We were sitting S5 upper and you could hear the voices reverberating which was a bit off-putting. Didn't spoil the show as such, just a bit annoying. Nice intimate venue though."

Pros:
"We had floor standing tickets for the gig so was in the thick of it all and had an equally great view."
"I had seats in N10. The view was brilliant. OVO stage is open from all sides and not deep in. From all sides everything is visible."
"Went to see Red Velvet for their world tour on June 6th. Everything was amazing and the staff are super friendly, my only trouble was that the seats were uncomfortable and left me with a backache the next day. But overall really good :)"

"The arena is very rectangular so we were looking sideways the whole night."

"The event itself was amazing and once inside the actual venue it was fine just a bit busy. The security however had no idea what they were doing and mismanaged the queueing such that lots of people were put into the wrong queues and told to leave queues to stand in the sun again."

"After a wait of over 2 years Nightwish smashed it at Wembley. Easy to get to the Arena- straight off the Jubilee line, short walk and you're there! Nice Arena - food and drink good 👍 and reasonable prices. As usual not enough ladies loos but heyho that's lice music venues for you and I wouldn't have it any other way."
"It's an okay venue but it's such a weird choice if layout for concerts (people on the side at the back have such a bad view) and the way they manage long queues isn't great."
