• "The previously mentioned old blond women appeared (now a deputy manager I believe) and basically called everyone a liar stating she had called for everyone in the party to go to the function room."

Facilities and Equipment

• "Opens earlier than most soft plays."
• "The play equipment is great for under 5s and you can see the children play from where you sit."
• "The play set-up is well thought out."
• "My 2 children had a go in the ticket machine, which was such an amazing experience."
• "The equipment and structures are well-maintained and cater to different age groups."
• "The climbing frame is not the biggest but just enough to keep them interested and not too big that you can't keep an eye of them while they are playing."
