• "Only downside was that loan car was very dirty inside & out and where car tools had been accessed in my car was left a mess and not replaced properly."

Quality of Work

Pros:

• "Absolutely will not use them again! Car went in with a gearbox fault, which they assured me had been fixed with an oil topup and software upgrade. On collecting the car it was immediately apparent that the gearbox had not been fixed."
• "In response to your reply with respect to my review, the gearbox wasn't up-shifting from 4th to 5th period! it wasn't an intermittent fault. You having the car for two days, charging me for two hours diagnostics, only to say it's all fine is not what you'd expect."

Communication and Reliability
